What do our meetings offer?

Guest speakers are regularly invited to give short presentations on a variety of community issues and resources. The meetings are conducted along usual lines following an agenda resulting in agreed action plans.

An Annual General Meeting is held in May when members elect the following officers by ballot:
Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Publicity and Events Officer, and up to six Executive Committee Members.

These elected personnel meet for an Executive meeting every two months to manage the business of the Federation
